Hello!

Your urine tests indicates urinary infection. I would recommend starting an antibiotic although the urine culture has resulted normal.

An ultrasound for possible stones of the urinary tract would be necessary too.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again!

Thank you for the additional information!

I am glad to hear that your ultrasound has resulted normal.

Coming to this point, a possible irritation of the urinary ways could be the cause of such test results.

Regarding the alkaline pH of your urine, it may be related to the food you have eaten. There is nothing to worry about.

Do you have any symptoms like difficulty in urinating, itching or burning sensation during urination, increased frequency of urination or any sensation of urgency for urination?

These symptoms would be indicative of a lower urinary infection or inflammation of the urinary ways.

If you do not have any similar symptoms, there is nothing to worry about!

I would recommend repeating the tests of urine after a couple of days, just to be sure that everything has return to normality.

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri

Good afternoon

Pls note that i red via internet that RBC could be elevated due to Strenuous activity & i am exercising on daily basis but i don't know if it has an effect on PUS cells too or not . What is your opinion ?
I know that i am enlarging the result as my Dr & he a Urologist told me to stop doing anything else as the urine culture was normal .
but my last follow up question do i have to do any further investigations or just stop as he told me ?
I ask you as if i need to Re-do the test he should prescribe me the test & transfer me to the lab . So i just need your opinion ?
Irritation fo urinary tract can be healed by itself or need a treatment ?
Thanks
Regards

Detailed Answer:
Hello again!

I understand your concern and would explain that as long as you have no symptoms (like the above mentioned), you have nothing to worry about and you can just stop doing any further tests.

The irritation of urinary ways can be healed spontaneously, like any wound of our skin. Our body cells can regenerate, especially in the digestive, urinary tract and the skin.

So there is nothing to worry about.

If you have any symptoms like the above mentioned, I would recommend riconsulting with your doctor and repeating an urinary analysis.

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri

I also did complete blood picture every thing was normal but in the diffrential leucocyte it showed
The following as attached .
My question is is there any relation between elevated lymphocytes & Pus cells in urine ?
doctor
Answered by Dr. Ilir Sharka (1 hour later)
Brief Answer:
There is no relation between your urinary analysis and complete blood count

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

I carefully reviewed your blood lab test reports and would explain that increased lymphocytes are usually related to a viral infection.

But, there doesn't seem to be any relation between the urinary analysis and elevated lymphocites.

The Pus cells are neutrophyles (another kind of white blood cells).

Hope to have been helpful!

Greetings!
