Question : Feel like nerve problem from from left ear down to throat to sholder area. Have this pain sometimes hurts severe other Times dont brother me at all.
i don't know if any of my medical conditions plays w role but overweight diabetes and high cholesterol

Uncontrolled blood sugar and vitamin deficiencies

Hi,

The above mentioned symptoms fit into a person whose blood sugar is not controlled.
They also fit in a person with associated vitamin (esp Vit B) deficiency.
Cervical spondylosis also fits into similar symptoms as there is excessive degeneration in chronic medical conditions like diabetes.
So please get the Xray of the cervical spine to check for early degenerative changes.
