Brief Answer:
could be lipoma or sebaceous cyst

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for writing to HCM.

Those nodules could be lipomas or sebaceous cyst. But that needs a clinical examination by a physician for confirmation.

Regarding the pain, that area where you are getting the pain is the kidney area, so that can be may be due to a stone. And for this you need to get an ultrasound of your abdomen for confirmation. As further management will depend upon that report.

Hope, i have been helpful.

Brief Answer:
.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

It all depends upon the pressure with which fat is packed inside.

It tightly packed in your case so its feeling hard and you are having pain.

That is nothing to worry about.
