Question : Hi there, i have been experiencing back pain and slufht chest discomfort for the past 3 weeks now with a slight cough once in awahile. I had a ct scan 2 days ago everything looked good except the 2.5mm nodule in right lung. Could this be early cancer symptoms? I have attached the radiologist report.

                                    Brief Answer:
hello dear. an evaluation for adnexa mass is required.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. I have gone through the reports. First of all i would like to know why a ct chest and abdomen was ordered. Moreover as you a nonsmoker and female, the risk of lung cancer is very very low and also the lesion being so small that no follow up with further imaging is necessary.
For adnexal lesion if you are married and nit virgin then a trans vaginal ultrasonography is the best investigation fot evaluation. However it is also a very small lesion and likely benign.
Thanks and regards
