Question : My husband has been getting severe headaches on the right while making love. He only told me this morning, but said it's been happening for at least a week.
Brief Answer:
Do the headaches stop after love? Similar headaches when exercising?
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
One sided headaches during exercise is obviously a concern. If this should continue, he needs to be evaluated. These headaches would be more telling if they also occur with exercise. If it only occurs during sex, this might be related to anxiety.
If this persist, I will recommend he does an MRI/Ct scan. This to look if there are any abnormal blood vessels in the head such as aneurysms that might explain this.
I hope this guides and helps. I wish you well. Feel free to follow up with me for more information and clarifications if ned be.

XXXXXXX does not exercise per se, but he is a contractor and works hard every day. He does not get headaches when he is working, or at least not like this. I can't imagine that it is anxiety related to stress as we have a wonderful sex life, no issues. We have been talking and I will get him to a dr. Thank you so much.
Brief Answer:
Keep me updated!
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I will like to know how this unfolds. If it persists, definitely he should get evaluated. If it doesn't, you may choose to observe a little longer before making concrete steps to address this.
I hope to hear from you!
