Brief Answer:
PMS - lifestyle . change. supplements. implantation bleeding.

Detailed Answer:
Hi there, Dr. Purushottm Neurgaonkar welcomes you to HCM VIRTUAL CLINIC. I have gone through your question, and I think I have understood your concern. I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

1. First of all do not panic.

2. Please wait for the onset of periods.
It can be due to PMS - premenstrual syndrome.
It can get confirmed, if the breast enlargement goes away after your periods.

3. I will suggest you to opt for a healthy diet and regular exercise regimen. Avoid deep fried foods, bakery products and and refined sugars.

Use of long acting form of Vitamin B 6, vitamin E and evening primrose oil supplements on daily basis at least for next 3 months will be of help.
You can seek prescription support from your treating doctor for the same.

4. If you are having regular cycles, and also there is history of unprotected sex act in the fertile period of cycle , means between day 10 to 20 of the cycle then you have chance to get pregnant. In that case, it can be due to implantation bleeding.

I will suggest you to wait for your expected date of the cycle. If you happen to cross your dates, then please get morning's first sample of urine tested for pregnancy . In case of doubt blood beta HCG test and USG will be of help.

I hope this answer helps you. Do get back to me in case of any further queries.
Please do rate this answer and write about the helpfulness of this answer.
I will highly appreciate it.
Thanks.
