Question : I have subdural (muscular) pain in my upper left arm with swelling and heat. Cannot sleep on that side or use my arm. No accident or trauma that I recall.

Hi,

You can put hot water therapy over the swelling, or ice compression as well.

You can restrict movements than the pain you. Take Ibuprofen pain killer thrice for a day. This should help. It helps if you upload pictures of swelling and redness.
