Question : I have found several pea size lumps under my skin, first in the area in front of my elbow, now in my bicep area on my left arm. They are painful, and cause numbness in my fingers when touched, and pain in my left breast muscle. I don't seem to have them anywhere else.

Either lipomas, leiomyomas, go for FNAC or excision biopsy

According to your complaints these lumps could be lipomas, leiomyomas or any other benign tumors.
You need to consult a doctor and go for fine needle aspiration cytology ( FNAC) of the lumps or an excision biopsy to find out the exact cause ot these lumps.
