I have checked the attached reports, all of which indicate lymphocytic preponderance, and therefore viral cause.
Some children are prone to getting recurrent infections and therefore it is not incoherent if a diagnosis of viral infection is made each time.
His hemoglobin is on the lower side and it is no wonder that he is pale. In fact, in an indirect way that compromises his immunity. You need to give him iron rich dietary items like:
Liver.
Meat, fish and tofu.
Iron-fortified breakfast cereals or bread.
Eggs.
Pulses and beans.
Nuts and seeds.
Dried fruit - such as dried apricots, prunes and raisins.
Wholegrains - such as brown rice.
On the other hand, colorful fruits and vegetables will help in enhancing his immunity.
