Question : I have a patch of bumps on my lower right back, the are skin colored and don't hurt. I have had them for about 6 years now. My husband took me to a Dermatologist, they did a biopsy. He had me come back in and requested me to go and have a CT scan for possible Fibroid issues with my Uterine & Kidneys
He said it was Leiomyoma- I had Hysterectomy done 18-19 yrs ago. What do you think?
Brief Answer:
Not due to Leiomyoma
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The skin colored pain less bumps on the back that are there for last 5-6 years are likely to be pigmented spots or warts or moles. This can be ascertained after a direct examination of the area and biopsy. The lesions that you have described are not likely to be related to Leiomyoma.
Leiomyomas are benign tumors that are made of muscle fibres. These are not present in clusters.

I have a couple of pictures but not sure how to send them to you?
He had me come back in after the biopsy was done and that is when he told me that "they are harmless but need to rule out kidney & uterine fibroid issues"
To my knowledge I don't have any kidney issues~
I did try a wart medicine on them and it did nothing~
About 5-6 months before they appeared I quit taking my Permarin medication
I have just been handling the night sweats & hot flashes with natural things instead. I had been taking the medication since 1995. Would this have anything to do with it?
Thank you
Brief Answer:
Upload the biopsy report.
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
It will be best if you could upload the biopsy report. You can attach it in the box provided on the right hand side of the query box.
Taking Premarin is not likely to be associated with any such dermal growths. The other symptoms that you have can be due to surgical menopause.
Hope my answer is helpful.
