Question : I have these lesions on my gum for more than 1 year. Are They Serios? what causes them?

I have seen the pics you attached but the lesions are not very clear in these images, probably they are taken too close.
Please attach a picture one more time and try to take it in a larger distance.

Hello,
I tried to identify the marked lesions but they are not significant for any serious pathology.
An inflammation of gingiva may be present, I would suggest to wash the mouth with listerine twice daily.
