i am having pain in stomach and back area same time. its happeining since yesterday and pain coming and going . im not feeling hungry and i have nausea feeling as well after waking up or at night time as well.

I read carefully all your concerns and I can say as follows:
1. Your symptoms may be related with:
- acid reflux ( GERD)
- gastritis /stomach ulcer
- gallbladder
2. To my opinion you need to be evaluated with :
- upper endoscopy
- abdominal ultrasound
3. Meantime I would suggest to use PPI like prilosec OTC and antacid like gaviscon.
