Question : My mother has taken anabiotic's for her kidney infection bacteria and still feels like she needs to go to the restroom after she's finished
Brief Answer:
need to check clearance of infection
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.
Because the symptoms are persistent after taking antibiotics, we need to check if the infection has cleared or not. You can get urine microscopic and culture and ultrasound of kidney and bladder for that.
Ultrasound will also help to exclude other conditions which can cause incomplete evacuation, like stones.
Hope this helps. I will be available for follow up.
