What Do Phantom Foul Odors With Worm-like Sensations Throughout The Body Indicate?

Question: I have worm like movement all over body including eyes ears nose ,lips and I also have terrible odors like urine, garbage,faeces,gutter and many others I can't describe emitting where I am present, what could this be, its tormenting my life with high isolation.Thanks

I understand your concern, but in order for me to get a better idea on this very particular condition, I would need more information regarding your medical history. Do you suffer from any chronic condition? Do you drink alcohol? Do you take drugs? Are you on any medication? Could you describe the skin sensation you are experiencing as itching, crawling worms under the skin, or like unvoluntary tick-like movement? Would you say that you have also been experiencing increased sweating?
Is there any thing worth noted in your family's medical history?

I used to drink alcohol but I stopped,I don't do drugs and not on any medication, Yes I sweat sometimes, the feeling is like worm wiggling over my body and the smell is so obvious other people can smell it around me, they come and go tho

Thank you for the additional information. The body odor can be explained by the body’s inability to metabolize, or break a substance called Trimethylamine (TMA). As a result it accumulates and gets excreted through urine, sweat, saliva, giving off a foul fishy smell, that also smells like garbage, urine and feces.

This can be detected through analysis of sweat, urine or blood. As for the worm like sensation on the skin, it seems like it could be as a result of your drinking in the past.

I recommend you see a new doctor to get a physical examination and further blood work.

What if I should tell u I tested negative for TMAU.
is there other condition that could cause smell(s)?

For the worm like movement, are you saying there are no worms in my body its only a reaction of my past alcohol use, if that's the case, how come they are spreading fast to different part of my body as times goes by ? And I feel the wiggling and movement?

Other metabolic disorders such as advanced kidney and liver diseases, as well as diabetes can cause foul body odor, however, I do not think this is the case here, since you have gone through extensive testing and examination. The only disorder that would fit the picture here is TMAU. I recommend you repeat a CMP (metabolic panel) to rule out kindey and liver disease, as well as testing for TMAU.

As for the worm like movement, no, I definitely do not think they are due to actual worms in your body. If you did have worms, you would not feel their movement. This kind of feeling is usually due to damaged peripheral nerves. However, I recommend you see e neurologist for a physical check up and further investigation.

Thanks for your reply but are saying there are no actual worms in my body its just might be a peripheral nerve damage? How come they are spreading all over my body as the year goes by and I can also feel them on ears, nose and lips as well, is it possible to have nerve damage in those area toop

Doctor am very sure mine are worms not a peripheral nerve damage cos the way they wiggle and shakes, the question is what medication can be used to eliminate these worms

I already told you is all over my body, ears, forehead, eyes, nose lips,cheeks,head, neck and shoulders , arms, chest , stomach, my behind and private, thighs, legs and feet. They are also present where there is no nerve or anything there
