should I try something like diaper rash stuff??

she says it started 4 days ago. there are about 8 pimple things, when I put the Neosporin it seemed better yesterday, today there are some new ones in the same place. she feels a little bit of pain and burning. She was having loose bowel movements the day before it happened ( she ate spicy food)
