Brief Answer:
Please elaborate your query in details

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

If you're asking about the procedure, you can consult a gastroenterologist and plan for colonoscopy.

You have to prepare your bowel prior to the procedure. If the age is on a higher side, a cardiology clearance may be required.

Wishing you good health. Feel free to write back in details.
Thanks

Brief Answer:
These are cells that has got potential to develop to full blown cancer

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Precancerous cells are also know as premalignant cells which are nothing but cells that has got potential to develop to full blown cancer but now they are in a dormant stage.
You can consult your gastroenterologist and opt for close monitoring to assess the progression , or you can go for surgery before turning to full blown cancer. The treatment choice will depend on nature and grade of the disease.

Wishing you good health.
Thanks
