Brief Answer:
Needs good hydration.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, welcome to HCM.
I want to know for what reason urine was tested like fever or routine check up.
Traces of albumin and oxalate crystals in urine is mainly due to either dehydration or high protein diet.
If he completely symptoms free and do not have hypertension or diabetes i will suggest repeat urine examination once with proper hydration. Meanwhile he need to drink lot of water (3 to 4 litre ) per day at least and avoid high protein diet like meat. Take green vegetables in diet.
It is not justified to prescribe medicine without examination of patient. You need to consult physician if the findings in urine remains same.

Hopefully your doubts have been cleared.

Regards
