Question : I have had some blood and blood clots when going to the bathroom. My normal routine is coming back with less blood but still some. one small clot. Earlier in the week I got terrible gas from eating chocolate, strawberry and nuts all at the same time. The night before I had a huge sangraia and food with lots of onions etc. appetizers.
I have started a new regimen diet and could feel it helping me. I am also on a new vitamin.

Brief Answer:
Might be hemorrhoids
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome.
Thanks for providing the information.
There are two possibilities 1. Hemorrhoids or anal fissure.
As you have mentioned there is no pain enjoy l while passing stool, it is more likely to be hemorrhoids.
You need to be examined to confirm the diagnosis.
There is no medicine which will make your hemorrhoids disappear. Please note that hemorrhoids are caused by enlarged veins in this area. So any suppositories or creams can only help with inflammation and should not be used for a long time.
Before the surgery, you can try to make hemorrhoid less visible and get rid of symptoms. To do that please follow this steps:
1. have sitz baths with Oak Bark twice a day for 7 days
2. do not push hard on stool (very important)
3. Increase mineral water intake, start fiber intake and probiotic like sporolac or ecobion intake.
4. Local treatment that I generally, I usually prescribe anal cream containing lidocaine and zinc oxide. You need to ask your local doctor for help.
This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.
I hope this suggestion might be of some help to you. Please accept my answer in case you do not have further queries.
Take care.
