abundant pus cell in urine indicate urine infection but that is not enough to start treatment with antibiotics. at this age it's most important to rule out prostate enlargement and urine accumulation in bladder. this could be devastating to the patient. second we should see if patient is diabetic. what is the kidney function and most importantly urine culture report. this will tell us the cause of urine infection and what medicine will make it better.
