                                            Question : Occasionally I get pen prick feel in the right ankle and left calf muscle simultaneously. I have diabetics. Latest (06.01.2018) sugar levels -F   110mg;  PP -170mg.  Taking Glyciphage 500mg   - morning and night after food; Neurokindmore - 1 every night after meal.
Anything serious?

It all looks good with controlled blood sugars both fasting and post prandial.
You are taking neuromodulator vitamins as well so this new symptom of pin pricking should not be serious.
If it is too much bothering you can ask your doctor about adding Pregabalin and Methylcobalamin.
I think you should not worry or magnify this pricking sensation too much.
