Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:
1. Sweating while outside, is possibly due to exposure to heat. He probably has severe dehydration
2. He might be having a laryngitis leading to raspy voice. Laryngitis could be due to increased voice use and tired vocal cords.
3. He will require complete voice rest. He will require rest.
4. Increase fluid intake to atleast 6-8 iiters per day. Also add fruit juices. Good nutrition is essential at this time. Advil can be taken if there is any body ache.
Not to worry, he should recover with good rest, hydration and nutrition.
Hope his urine output is good and there is no temperature.
Hope it helps.
Any further queries, here to help again.
