Question : I have pronounced hair follicles on the base of my penis. They are symmetrical (rows) and run around the entire base of my penis and up toward the penis head on the underside of my penis. I am self conscious about this and want them removed. I live in Houston, TX and would like to know where to go to have the procedure done. I am 29 years old and in excellent health.

Hi,
Thanks for your query.
Since when are you noticing the follicles?
Are the follicles infected or inflamed ?
Are these follicles swollen than usual?
Are the follicles painful?
Do you see any discharge oozing out from the follicles?
If possible please attach an image of the above mentioned lesions.

I started noticing them around puberty, they are not swollen, inflamed, or have any kind of discoloration or discard. There is a small coarse hair that grows out of every one that I pluck out with tweezers regularly. They are just bumps. I just want to have them lasered or frozen off or cut out or which ever procedure I need to have done to remove them.

Hi,
I believe its dangerous to meddle with the ones which are not inflamed or infected. If you get any sort of surgery there it could cause future problems.
Please upload an image of the lesions, I want to be sure before I advice you.
