Question : I would like to know if you could possibly tell me what might be the problem with me. I am a 19 year old female and I've been having really weird symptoms. I get dizzy randomly, I've had on and off pains in my chest, my heart sometimes beats funny, I've had really bad headaches/migraines, I'm very tired all the time no matter how much I do or don't sleep I've been getting really bad pains in my abdomen and I get hot for no reason during the day and too cold at night

Brief Answer:
Haemoglobin estimation and peripheral smear for typing of anaemia

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to HCM

I have going through your query.
Provide information on Menstruation's -- do you have heavy blood flow during Menstruation. What is the duration of the period, do you have any irregularities in period.

I would have done through general physical examination and then initially would have asked for haemoglobin estimation and peripheral smear for typing of anaemia.

Anaemia patient, usually presents with similar complaint as of yours. I would have waited for the report and based on that would have decided on the management.

Hope this helps.
Take care.
