I am Dr. kakkar(Dermatologist). I have gone through your query and I have viewed the image.
You seem to have hives. Hives are usually itchy. How long since you have them?
I suggest you to take a tab. cetrizine 10mg once or twice a day for a week. Topically you may use a soothing lotion. e.g calamine lotion,frequently.
