Posted on Thu, 8 Jun 2017
Question: Over the last yer and. Half I've had 3 bouts with hives. I have narrowed it to foods. Anytime I eat foods not recommended on my Eating Right for my Blood type B foods it symptoms have worsened each time. I've just read that Moringa might help. Any suggestions.

Brief Answer:
I will rather go with Zyrtec!

Detailed Answer:
HI and thanks so much for this query.

I have reviewed this information fully. It is suggestive food allergy. The best approach is to avoid those food types that cause allergy. If you however consume food that triggers symptoms, zyrtec is a better drug to address this. Moringa has not been extensively studied and validated and as such, I will not like to go down this route at this time.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to let me know how you feel about this and whether there are any further unanswered worries you might have on your mind.
