Brief Answer:
Please go in to be seen promptly.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,

I am very concerned that you are fainting 4 or more times per day along with other neurological and head symptoms. I strongly advise that you go in to the ER where they can do a neurological exam and head CT or MRI in a prompt manner. If you go to a university hospital, they may be able to have a neurology resident consult with you then too.

Your fainting could be due to a number of neurological problems. This is not normal and needs urgent attention.

Please let me know how you are doing after you have gone in for evaluation.
