Question : Last weekend but son had some stomach issues. I don't think it was the stomach flu because he only threw up twice. He recovered quickly. Tonight he said he was nauseous but ate dinner just fine. Then had a bough movement and it was very light brown in color. He doesn't have a fever and doesn't have any other symptoms. Should I be concerned?

Brief Answer:
Does not look concerning

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through your query. I do not think that it is something that you need to be concerned about. It is ok to pass brown stool and the color may vary with the dietary contents. It is important to properly wash hands before and after eating. Improper hand washing techniques could lead to such complaints.
