Question : I have had a small, dark red/black spot on the underside of the head of my penis (about an inch under the urethra) for over half a year now. It is not going away and I am growing concern. It does not hurt unless I scratch it. I am a sexually active college student and often do not wear a condom.

                                    Brief Answer:
Seems to be angiokeratoma
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I have reviewed the attached photograph and it seems to be angiokeratoma which is a benign vascular lesion of the skin.
Don't need to worry as it is benign.
You can consult a dermatologist and get it removed by either radiofreqency ablation or laser treatment.
