Question : my son age is 11 years and experiencing pain in his right nipple and his right nipple is swollen and little bit hard and when pressed he is experiencing pain-please advise me in this regard doctor

Based on your description it could be a developing abscess.
You are already on antibiotics and painkillers.
I suggest you to consult your nearby doctor soon.
Abscess ( pus formation) needs confirmation by physical examination. It needs to be drained for the pain and swelling to come down.
Continue antibiotics and painkillers meanwhile.
Applying hot fomentation with water bag might help in decreasing the pain.
