In the morning when i get up i dont have any pain.
Stools are normal as i am taking 10ml lactihep in the morning and evening. After passing stool i take sitz bath everytime. I start feeling soreness/ hardness / pain as the day progresses . Sometimes the scar becomes very hard and i have a feeling as if scar has swollen. This is when it hurts the most. But when i take rest it becomes normal. Pain / soreness is everytime.
I am not using donought pillow. Earlier also i had contacted u and u told that it will take around 9 months for a scar to fully mature. But i am a little concerned so wanted to share picture of the scar.

as explained in details.

Good morning fr here.
Read the feedback and seen the picture.
The history is promising in one sense - you do not have any pain on getting up.
This means the wear and tear phenomenon at this area throughout the day makes the scar to go through the changes that you have noticed.
I can understand that every one has to work throughout day and can not really take long resting-vacation, this progress will be part of the healing journey.
This can be assisted in the following ways:
Use the doughnut pillows whenever you are sitting - everywhere - I mean it - car, sofa, chair, at home, at office. Avoid all laces if you can when you can not have such facility.
Curtail/reduce the activities wherein there is more movement at buttock near anal area like running, walking up and down the stairs till the scar matures.
Imagine any activity that increases the shearing movement of buttocks over each other will be transmitted to the scar to instigate the re-structuring and thus getting the symptoms that you have.
Continue Lactihep, sitz bath.
Continue or start taking Multivitamins with Lycopene and/or Ginseng as these act as very good anti-oxidants and helps healing well.
Stop worrying- anxiety and/or stress increase such problems directly or indirectly.
I hope, this answer helps you, please feel free to ask for further relevant queries if you feel a gap of communication or if you want to ask anything anew.
as explained in details.
