What Do Red Bumps Around Penis Indicate?

Question: I have recently developed...well i dont know what a lesion is so I will call them these red inflammed bumps around the outer rim of my penis. I noticed them today after getting out of the shower and masterbating and they bring me real concern. I will upload a picture so you could have a look and tell me. Im very concerned.

I am Dr. Kakkar. I have gone through your concern. I have looked at the picture.

I can see 3 raised bumps with a white head on the under surface of penis. It is more like an inspissated, accumulated glandular secretions

I would suggest that you leave them as it is, as they don't seem to be an STDs. You probably have nothing to worry.

However, I would like to know additional information from you:
-Are the lesions, which we are talking about here, asymptomatic or do you feel any pain/itching/burning?
-Tell me about your sexual history?Are you sexually active?Do you have single or multiple sexual partners?Do you use a protection?When was your last sexual contact?

I had unprotected oral sex last week from a previous partner. There is no burn itch or pain. I woke up today to see that the lesions I guess u call them have went down a quite fair bit but they are still there.

I think you can ignore them as this does'nt seem to me an STD's or anything significant. These are just accumulated glandular secretions which would resolve on its own
