Hi
Thanks for being at HealthcareMagic
I have gone through your complaints as reviewed the attached photographs.
Regarding your scalp you seem to be having alopecia areata.
It is an autoimmune chronic inflammatory disease of the hair follicles characterised by bald patches in hair bearing areas of the body.
It is treated with potent topical steroid and intralesional steroid injections.
You can apply mometasone furoate lotion on the bald patch twice daily. It is a prescription drug and you need to see the doctor in person to get it.
Your area between the breasts seems to be intertrigo which is inflammation of the body folds.
Keep the area dry and apply cortisone cream on the affected area twice daily.
Your itching and redness in the neck could be related to either hyperactive thyroid or photosensitivity.
Apply cortisone cream on the neck twice daily and take antihistaminic like tablet Cetrizine 10 mg once daily at bedtime.
These measures should take care of your problems.
Regards
