Question : I have some red marks around the head of the penis I have no pain what so ever in anyway. Yesterday I did have protected sex and today I noticed the red marks the sex was rough but this is the first time this has happen any suggestions on what I should do?

For now, do nothing. These are minor clots caused by bleeding into the skin following trauma during sex and more so because it was rough. I will suggest that you consider being more gentle during future sexual activities.

This should resolve all by itself in 1-2weeks as the body sucks up all the blood. Do nothing and stay calm, relaxed and reassured. This is the best approach unless something else comes up which would be very unlikely.
