Question : I have a red rash, circles in varying sizes on the top of my foot and leg. I have been a little under the weather, and am not able to eat as much. I do not know if I have one thing causing all the problems or a number of issues at once.

I am Dr. kakkar(Dermatologist and Venereologist). I have noted your concern.
Perhaps you have a fungal infection - tinea.
I request you to kindly upload a few images of the rash in "Reports Section" so that I am able to guide you better.
Also let me know if you have any symptoms like itching?How long since you have the rash? Have you used any medications/creams for it?
