What Do Red Spots At The Tip Of Penis Indicate?

Question: This is for dr XXXX I am on the prescribed tabs. the Bangalore doc changed it to vacyclovir. the blister still seems to be there though in small numbers. I also have two tiny red spots at the tip of my penis. also dies this result in rashes at random as I seem ti have developed this. I have tiny blisters on my palm. Please clarify.

orak unprotected. . burning while urinating yes.. it is no longer there now. I did elisa negative results but doc said wait for three months and redo it. no other test done. to get these tests done I had gone to India and just returned. work in saudi cannot go for tests here. intend to go to india in may again fir tests. please advise

please can you tell me whether rashes all over the body and blister like in other parts of the body can be there as I have some. are there any medicine for this
