What Do Reddish Patch On The Lower Legs When Diagnosed With Rheumatoid Arthritis?

Question: i have been diagnsosed with RA. Both legs have a reddish look on the lower legs. Any connecxtion to RA? I am taking methotrexate (7) once a week.
