Question: My husband has a extremely red and rashes rash some time it is spreading to others areas an is getting very angry can u please advise

This is urticaria!

I have reviewed them and these are suggestive of urticaria. I will recommend you continue with the antihistamines. This will control further spread and itches. Keep me updated on how this responds to treatment.
