                                            Question : Small red and white bumpy rash recently developed under scrotum. Bumps dont hurt but are irritated by clothing.

Dear sir, since you have only one sexual partener then the most common cause of rash under scrotum is fungal infection . this area is very sensitive and usually affected by humidity and sweat which increases the possibility of getting a fungal infection. you need to wash this area with soap and water every day to keep good hygiene. make sure you dry it very well after showers and before wearing clothes. try to wear cotton underwears and avoid too tight clothes.these measures will help cure the infection and preventing it from coming back. you should apply an over the counter antifungal cream 3 times daily in clean skin.
