Question : I have a dry swallow with yellow line in back of thought a little sore but really agitating

Hello and thanks for your question.
This could be from allergies or a viral infection.
Here are some things to try:
Drink plenty of water
Avoid all caffeine and alcohol
Avoid tobacco
Use nasal saline 6-8 times a day, you can buy this at the pharmacy
Use throat lozenges for relief of discomfort and to help keep throat moist
Take extra vitamin C for a few days to a week, 1000 mg daily
Avoid antihistamines and decongestants, they will cause more drying.
