Question : My kid is facing some spots on his face not sure what and how they are. I am attaching his snapshot plz help urgently.

Thanks for writing back. I have checked the attached image. It seems to have occurred due to allergic reaction. Giving Montek LC Kid (Monteleukast + Levocetirizine) {prescription medicine} should provide relief when given one tablet once daily for 3-4 days. Alternatively, Syr. Cetirizine (OTC) can be used 5 ml once daily for next few days.
