What Do Spotting And Cramps After Unprotected Sex Suggest?
Question: Hi doctor
My last period stared on 3/5/2015 and on 15/5/2015 me and
my husband had unprotected sex but he withdraw and ejaculated outside. On 29/5/2015 that is yesterday i had brown colored spotting once and i have abdominal cramping but after that no more bleeding and the blood came out was with bad smell.i thought it is normal period started and i took my 1st pill last night(diane 35).this is my first time to start pills and i never took pills before.but now im worried since i have no bleeding until now.am i pregnant?or its normal and it can be my regular periods?if im pregnant is it okay i took the pills?is that pill going to harm my baby?im waiting for your answer.

Yes there are fair chances of pregnancy from precum (despite ejaculation outside vagina) as it was an unprotected intercourse in your mid cycle.
This brownish spotting can be your periods but can also be implantation bleeding.
So just do a urine pregnancy test and in case negative then keep taking ginette 35 as advised and nothing to worry despite of this minimal flow of periods.
But in case test comes out positive then stop ginette in case you want the child there won't be any harm with just a single tablet.
But in case you don't want the child then also stop the tablet and visit a gynecologist for termination of pregnancy and fetch prescription for the same.

Thanks for your reply.ill dobthe pregnancy test today?is it okay to use the second urine in day bcz i passed urine early morningWhy the brown color spotting had bad smell? But i dont have anyother irritation like infection..
