Possible Diagnosis: Urinary tract infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thank you for trusting HCM for your health concern

Your symptoms are suggestive of possible underlying Urinary tract infection which can present with increased urination, abdominal pain, fever.
UTI is caused by bacterial infection of urinary tract.
Urine analysis and culture are required for confirmation of diagnosis.
Treatment is with Nitrofurantoin (antibiotic that kills bacteria) 100 mg 4 times a day for 7-10 days. Nitrofurantoin is only available with prescription.

Please be advised to follow up with your primary provider for necessary management.
