Brief Answer:
Chronic sinusitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Based on the history you stated and the description, chronic sinusitis is the likely cause. Your ENT specialist may start you empirically on antibiotics like gemifloxacin with decongestants and wait for resolution/ response. If its persistent then a CT scan of the para nasal sinuses can be advised to better visualize a possible structural cause and proceed accordingly.

Just one follow up what causes the light headiness/ balance issue , if it wasn't for that I would just deal with it. Is that the pressure onsinuses etc? Thanks

Also the my primary care does have me on singular (the generic Version) once a day.
