you need to get clinically examined and investigated further...
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX Welcome to HealthcareMagic,
I've gone through your query and understand your concern,
I've reviewed the attached reports, and there is elevated TSH levels in presence of normal range T3 and T4 levels. However, it has to be investigated further, i.e. along with anti-TPO antibodies.
Ideally, you should also be clinically examined by either an Internal Medicine Specialist/ Endocrinologist (to look for any salient features of Thyroid dysfunction, not necessarily Hypothyroidism)...
Treatment is mainly by appropriate daily supplementation (Thyroxin) after the clinical examination...
So, nothing to worry, go for it (visit the Internal Medicine Specialist/ Endocrinologist) to initiate treatment for this under supervision...
Take Care
Kind Regards
