Brief Answer:
Mild iron and vitamin D deficiency

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.

Your report shows mild iron and vitamin D deficiency.

You can take the following supplements:

Syrup Dexorange 1 tbsp 2 times a day for 3 months. Take with juice or water and rinse mouth afterwards. XXXXXXX Calcinol-1000 or Dvion pearl 1000 twice a week for 3 months.

Recheck after 3 months atleast 1 week after stopping supplements.

Rest of report is normal.

Hope it helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
