Brief Answer:
Reports show vitamin D and B12 deficiency

Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir

I have worked through your attached reports in detail

Reports of your wife XXXXXXX show
- Severe Vitamin D and B12 deficiency
Low serum Calcium
Elevated Homocysteine
Elevated (isolated) serum Amylase
Minor alterations in blood counts

Rest of the reports are within normal limits.

Majority of the lab abnormalities are because of severe vitamin D and B12 deficiency. These parameters will correct with correction of Vitamin D and B12 deficiency.

I generally prescribe oral medications of Cholecalciferol and Methylcobalamin to my patients with such vitamin deficiencies. Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe these medications to you.

Reports of yourself Sailesh show

- Severe Vitamin D deficiency
Elevated blood lipase levels ( isolated)
Elevated Homocysteine
Elevated blood glucose levels
Minor alterations in Blood counts

Rest of the reports are within normal limits

As stated above, you also require oral correction of vitamin D levels. Likewise it's advisable to get fasting and postprandial blood sugar levels in case after 2 weeks to screen yourself for Diabetes Mellitus.
