Question : Molloscum, focculitus, or something else? I've tested negative on all common STD.
won't go away.. some skin tags are also present on sides of leg by scrotum...
my significant other likes to grind...

I have reviewed the attached photographs and these seem to be either molluscum contagiosum ( most likely) or epidermoid cyst (less likely ).
In both the conditions you need to consult a doctor and get them removed.
