I can see a fleshy, red, eroded growth.
Yes, it seems like a pyogenic granuloma(PG). A PG is an eroded nodule or growth composed of highly vascular granulation tissue. It usually develops in response to trauma, is friable and bleeds profusely on trauma. Electrofulguration is the treatment of choice and is curative.
