This shows that the bony support of the back is failing. This is often manifests with pain. What is done depends on the severity of our pains. Should you be in much pain, I will recommend that you get pain medications and probably surgery to "fix" or "screw" the bones together. This often come if all pain management strategies prove ineffective at addressing this pain.
