Brief Answer:
Most probably viral

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.

Shivering can happen in respiratory infections also. Dengue test is not attached. Malaria test could also be done. From your current reports and symptoms, its most probably flu. I know, there are many different types of infections going around, but cold and flu still are leading cause of fever during season change. Flu is viral in nature. Virals resolve spontaneously in few days.

If you are exposed to dust or cold air, you can avoid that as precautionary measure.
You can also take tab brufen for bodyache. It can be taken 2-3 times a day.

Hope it helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Brief Answer:
Reports mostly normal

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

I have reviewed your reports and its still not dengue. Anyways continue to monitor the platelet count.

It seems to be viral and will get better on its own. You may do chest X ray if its not relieved.

Wish you good health. Let me know if I can assist you further.
